One collection. Different packaging roles.
A fitted perfume presentation starts with the bottle profile. The outer design establishes the first impression, but the insert determines whether the bottle sits straight, remains accessible and avoids unwanted movement. This direction brings the exterior treatment and the internal fit into the same development process.
The design challenge
The insert must support the bottle without making it difficult to remove. Small changes in bottle dimensions, cap geometry or surface finish may affect fit. The sample process therefore needs a representative bottle and clear approval criteria.
A unified visual identity
Keep the product as the focal point when the box opens. Position the brand identity in relation to the bottle rather than centering every graphic automatically. Compare the exterior and interior together so the opening sequence feels coherent.

Inside the packaging collection
Review a wrapped rigid board structure and a fitted insert against the filled bottle weight. Compare insert options for protection, appearance and product removal. Any sustainability or certification requirement should be checked against documentation for the selected components.
Specification review before quotation
| Item | What to agree | Approval reference |
|---|---|---|
| Structure & dimensions | Internal dimensions, product orientation and opening clearance | Blank structural sample |
| Paper & board | Paper swatch, board construction and color reference | Named material specification |
| Printing & finish | Artwork revision, logo position and surface treatment | Physical printed / finished sample |
| Interior fit | Product support, removal access and insert clearance | Sample with representative products |
| Packing | Surface protection, carton layout and unit count | Approved packing instruction |
Where material meets finishing
Trial the logo application on the actual wrap paper and approve an agreed color reference. Inspect foil edges, surface marks and the consistency of the inner lining. Limit decorative treatments to those that reinforce the presentation and can be reproduced reliably.
From design approval to production
Produce a structural sample to review bottle fit and cap clearance before approving decorated samples. Record the final dimensions, material references, artwork and visible assembly standards. Confirm how bottles will be placed and checked if product packing is included.
Check dimensions, opening and product fit.
Review color, logo, surface and assembly.
Record revisions and acceptance criteria.
Agree protection, carton layout and identification.
Protecting the presentation in transit
Confirm the delivery destination, packed weight, carton quantities and required arrival date before selecting a shipment plan. Record the packing arrangement and carton identification in the approved specification. Production and transport dates should be quoted against the final artwork, sample approval and order quantity.
A coordinated packaging solution
A quotation-ready specification should bring together the approved artwork, structural drawing, material references, product fit, finishing reference, packing method and acceptance criteria. These documents provide a buyer with a clear basis for reviewing the proposal and comparing the delivered packaging with the agreed sample.
