2.What customization options are available for the leather handle and embossed pattern?
We offer end-to-end custom options:
Leather Handle: Choice of PU leather, real leather, braided leather, ribbon, or cotton ropes. Colors can be matched to your brand’s Pantone codes.
Embossing & Surface Finish: 3D embossing/debossing, gold/silver/rose gold foil stamping, spot UV, matte/gloss lamination, and tactile textured paper.
Hardware/Rivets: Available in polished gold, antique brass, silver, or matte black metal finishes.
3.How are these boxes packed for shipping to prevent damage?
Each handheld box is wrapped in a protective polybag to prevent surface scratches. They are packed into reinforced, 5-ply export corrugated shipping cartons with edge corner protectors. We also offer custom outer mailer boxes for added protection during transit.
4.What is the lead time for mass production and shipping?
Production Lead Time: Typically 15–25 days after design layout approval and sample confirmation (depending on order volume).
Shipping Time: Fast express shipping (5–8 days), air freight (7–12 days), or ocean freight (20–35 days depending on the destination port). We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP (Door-to-Door) shipping terms.
